Key areas of interest
- My key areas of interest are trauma counselling (PTSD and CPTSD), working through difficult childhood experiences, processing trauma, complex grief and loss.
• I also have great interest in helping clients break free from limiting beliefs which often hold us back from reaching our full potential in life.

Work Experence
Experience as a school counselor for adolescents and university students at Roots Millennium Future World School and TMUC, Lahore.
Affiliated with Dr. Usman. T. Malik, Rheumatologist, Florida. (Working with his patients with Chronic Pain, Fibromyalgia and Trauma history.)
I work both in-person and online via zoom.
